Yamaha Genshu is brewed with quality polished rice and natural spring water. Following the traditional method of ‘Yamahai Jikomi’ Yamahai Genshu is matured for over one year.
Yamahai is reminiscent of sherry (nutty with a slight bitter aftertaste). An approachable sake in the traditional style, with a nicely rounded complexity, this is sake for sake drinkers.
