On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark brown ruby with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is dark fruit and toasted malt. Medium body, roast, cocoa, light bitter finish, good.

Flight sampler on draft at Garden Grove. Clear amber brown with beige head. Aromas of toffee, caramel. Tastes of caramel, toffee, cocoa, light roast. Medium body with a dry finish. Nice.

Keg at the brewery. Pours a clear dark red with a thin frothy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of nuts and caramel. The taste is nuts, caramel, stone fruit, floral hops hints of diacetyl. Thin-medium bodied.
