Bottle shared. Pours a deep brown with a finger of foam that dissipates quickly. Lacto nose with some dark fruit and vanilla cream notes. Good carbonation with a touch of funk on the palate. Feels infected, but totally drinkable in a Belgian kind of way.

Bottle on RBSG Bus. Pours a dark brown with medium beige head that lasts. The aroma is strong rum, funk, oak. Medium body, funky, bourbon, wood, dark fruit, boozy finish, very good.

Bottle - Big barrel notes and soured dark malts. Jet black with a rich frothy light brown head. Soured dark malts, light cherry and balsamic. Nice.

Bottle shared at a tasting. Dark brown, medium sized frothy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of coconut, roasted malts, chocolate, whiskey, mild lacto. The taste is roasted malts, dark chocolate, tart lemon, lacto, mild whiskey. Medium bodied, low carbonation, well balanced. Thanks Brian for the chance to try another one of their beers.

Draft: Nearly black with a tan head. Cola, chocolate, sour vanilla scent. Taste is rich and dark, sour chocolate malt, cream. Heavy.....like a sour stout....different, but tasty.

Draft. Clear brown color. Aroma of sourdough brownies. Taste is softly sour chocolate. Straightforward, but it works.

Draft. Funky hay and chocolate malt aroma. Dark brown with small head. Sour weedy chocolate malt and mildly bitter herbal flavor. Smooth.
