Name in Japanese: 富久長 温州みかん酒

We used plenty of Hirosama-grown Unshu Mikan (Wenzhou mandarin) juice in our sake, with obvious deep opaque color. In order to utilize the taste of Unshu Mikan, Junmai sake base with brewer's alcohol were used and it is much denser than other liquor. It has a juicy mouth feel as if you are eating the Unshu Mikan because we use only the fruit juice with peels removed, and squeezes only the flesh part and does not use any sweetener. Particularly recommended to enjoy it on the rock or mix it with soda. Since natural fruit juice is used, there are times when fruit juice and peel ingredients settle and float in the bottle, but there is no problem in quality. Please mix well and enjoy.
