Akijungin Poruchini. It is the autumn number of the Italian label series. The spring Quadrifoglio is filtered, fired in a tank and stored at room temperature, just like in the past. Porcini mushrooms are so fragrant that they are often referred to as the Italian equivalent of matsutake. This Junmai Ginjo sake has a mellow aroma and the delicious flavor of rice, making it perfect for drinking with food. It can be enjoyed both chilled and warmed. Rice used, Gin no Sato, grown mainly in Fukuoka Prefecture. It is said to be of the same quality as Yamada Nishiki, making it a sake rice that has attracted attention mainly in the Kyushu region, and may become the "king of Kyushu sake rice." Rice type: Gin no Sato sake rice. Polishing ratio (seimaibuai) (精米歩合): 60%. Sake Meter Value (nihonshudo) (日本酒度): +3. Acidity: 1.3.
