15/9/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours colourless with no head. Aroma of rice water, melon, alcohol, hint of chocolate. Taste is boozy, slightly harsh. Moderate body, oily, no carbonation.

300ml bottle from Japan Centre. Clear colourless with afew bubbles on top and aroma of rice, fruit, melon, caramel hint, alcohol. Taste is rice, fruity, caramel, booze notes. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying boozy finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle at home ... very clear white ... ligth viscous swirl ... soft ligth dry fruity rice nose .. light floral rice... light open acohol ... soft sweet fruit .. with a tiny drying alcohol finsh... quite pleasant
