Refreshing acidity and fruity taste. It takes 8 years from the idea to finally commercialize it. Based on the concept of "Sake that suits Western-style cuisine", a completely different kind of Sake has been created. Okunomatsu Eight has the flavor that mirrors the image of white wine and is perfect with Italian and French dishes. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or dessert Sake, and it is so light and refreshing that you don't think it is a Sake. Please cool moderately and enjoy.

Ingredients: water, Nihon rice, rice koji (Nihon rice).

Rice polishing rate: 65%; Sake degree: -84; Amino acid: 6.
