Name in Japanese: 皇国晴酒造 "幻の瀧 名水梅酒"

Based on sake, this is a very strong umeshu (plum wine) which features the local "Inazumi plum" from Toyama prefecture.

Since it has a high alcohol content of 30%, you can savor its great taste even on the rock, mixes it with soda water, or enjoy it with hot water in cold weather.

With less sugar, it does not have the sweetness typical to most plum wines. It is recommended not only for those who like umeshu, but also for those who dislike sweetness.

Ingredients: Sake (Japanese), plums (Japanese), brewer's alcohol, sugar.
