For our ultra premium sake we polished the rice down to its pearly center, removing the outer 50% of the rice kernel. This highlights a fruity and aromatic character and gives it a silky finish.

Jasmine rice and a hint of clove. Pours just off clear water. Light sweet finish. Pleasant vibe here, like Olympus. Perhaps I liked the Olympus a touch more, but they are similar. Light sweet finish. Flight at brewery.
