Big bottle. A clear rose colour, no head. Aroma of red rice, mellow, fresh rice. Taste of fresh red rice, mellow, yeast, boozy finish.

720 ml bottle. Nice red-pinkish in colour, fruity pears and melon in the nose. The Saké starts fruity with a nice soft texture. Rich and sweetish, grainy rice and warming alcohol. Lots of fruit, red fruits and blossoms over full-bodied and slightly sweetish grainy rice. Full and sweetish grainy in the aftertaste, lots of fruits and hints of alcohol on the tongue. Interesting.
