Pure rice aged sake. The gentle flow of time brings a soft taste and a rich aged aroma. This sake goes well with traditional Japanese delicacies, Chinese food, and meat dishes. Tasting notes: ginseng, mushroom, dashi on nose, creamy texture persimmon and white chocolate on palate, good finish.
