Soft and fresh sake. Winner of two awards, Great Value and Trophy in the Futsushu section of IWC 2018. It is a sake with a delicate and discreet taste, with notes of cereals and dried fruit. Semi-dry, it has a strong umami which brings roundness and uniformity. It appears fresh with a light bitter note. The finish is clean and refreshing. This is a very fine sake, easy to drink and very thirst-quenching. Best enjoyed chilled, or warmed. Rice type: Gohyakumangoku & Asahiyume sake rice. Polishing ratio (seimaibuai) (精米歩合): 60%. Sake Meter Value (nihonshudo) (日本酒度): +5. Serve at 5 - 10 °C or 35 - 45 °C. Bottle size: 180 ml, 720 ml, 1800 ml.
