Little Sumo sake is a Junmai genshu; “genshu” meaning undiluted, coming in at a stout 18% ABV. Balanced between sweet and dry with elements of fruit and nuttiness.
Aromas of melon and plum, rich texture with flavors of Asian pear, banana and almonds. Smooth, bold yet easy drinking. Delicious!

Fun little pickup at airport sushi joint. Very clear pour. Nose is alcohol and melon. Tatses of pears, honey dew, rice, alcohol, mushroom. Silly pictures on cup drew me in.
