Aromas of melon and plum, rich texture with flavors of Asian pear, banana and almonds. Smooth, bold yet easy drinking. Delicious!

The art of sumo is a competition of strength where successful wrestlers are renowned for their tremendous size... with the occasional, unsuspecting underdog. Little Sumo sake is a Junmai genshu; "genshu" meaning undiluted. Its higher ABV can take you off guard! Despite being refreshing and smooth, this complex sake is a force to be reckoned with. Perfectly balanced between sweet and dry with elements of fruit and nuttiness. SMV: +6

Fun little pickup at airport sushi joint. Very clear pour. Nose is alcohol and melon. Tatses of pears, honey dew, rice, alcohol, mushroom. Silly pictures on cup drew me in.
