Bottle, 375ml, at Sørlandet Matfestival. A clear straw colored sake, still and headless. Very fruity on the nose, with pear dominating. Perhaps more on the direction of canned pear. Subdued alcohol. Some grass and that typical sake touch. Not much rice going on. It's full bodied, lightly warming and semi sweet. Pear, with hints of grass, citrus and a touch of white sugar. Delicious and tasteful, very well hidden alcohol, but perhaps lacking some of complexity. 240711
