Bottle, 375ml, at Sørlandet Matfestival. It's quite viscous, lightly reddish in color, clear. The aroma has some pear and tropical fruitiness, with alcohol and a typical sake scent, without much rice. It's warming, full bodied and soft on the palate, with a mostly fruity flavor. Pear, tropical fruit and some strawberry hints. Don't really think I recognize the spruce shoots, perhaps in the finish though. Lasting finish. A bit too warming, but tasteful. 240711
