This farmhouse ale is brewed with French saison yeast and a blend of Pilsner, wheat, and Vienna malts, giving it both depth and drinkability. Showcasing Nelson Sauvin hops—famed for their Sauvignon Blanc-like character—you’ll find layers of gooseberry, citrus, and tropical fruit over a dry, effervescent base with just a touch of spice.

473mL can. Pours a hazy dull blonde with a white head. Earthy, spicy saison yeast on the nose with grassy notes of white wine grapes. Flavour has is quite musty and tangy, yeast is fairly earthy with gentle spicy notes. Interesting yeast expression, works well with the Nelson.
