Fright Eyes is an 8% Double IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends @pubbrewskey in Montreal. It's been brewed with oats and hopped generously with Riwaka and Rakau from @Freestylehops. We taste notes of candied mango and fresh berries accented with Riwaka citrus spice that contributes to the whole impression without stealing the show.

Keg at Juova, Helsinki.
Poured hazy and orange in color.
Clean citrus, lemony nose. Has bitterness, juiciness, light sweetness. Still awesome drinkability.

(Keg at Juova, 20260227) The beer poured yellow and opaque. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had mango, pineapple, passion fruit, peach and probably even more tropical fruits. Palate was medium bodied and soft with low carbonation. Flavours were citrus fruits, tropical fruits, mango, spiciness and low bitterness. Aftertaste had tart fruits, spiciness and low bitterness. A pleasant fruity IPA with very versatile aroma.

Tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam, 15th January 2026, with Jasper and Dina. Pours a typical haze, aroma is citrus and tropical and taste is assertive, dry, nice hopping

16oz (thx, Chris S.!) shared with George and wife @ 🏡
Aroma: juicy, tropical fruits, maybe a little bit of hop burn.
Taste: quite bitter, juicy, fruity, a bit dusty.
Overall: this one is too bitter for my taste.
