Obwohl zugegebenermaßen Bayern die wohl längste Geschichte und Tradition im Weißbierbrauen innerhalb Deutschlands vorweisen kann, hält das ANDREASBRÄU mit diesem kräftig-prickelnden Durstlöscher nach badischer Brauart jedes Jahr im Sommer fest dagegen. Unser Weizen schmeckt herrlich spritzig-frisch mit einer fruchtig-würzigen Note, glitzert bernsteinfarben im Glas und ist nach gutem Hausbräu-Rezept obergärig im Fass gebraut. Mit 12,5 % Stammwürze und 5,2 % vol Alkohol.

Draft at the source. Cloudy golden yellow color. Aroma of clover bubblegum. Taste is banana bubblegum with subtle spice. Light body.

Muddy orange color; compact head. Spicy aroma, some biscuity. Correct body strength, dryish mouthfeel, reasonable wheat flavor, spicy. Good bitterness level.

Muddy amber color. The aroma is spicy, sweet and malty. There is some wheat flavor, light spices, light biscuity touch, but also some paper and stale bread, overall it’s quite weird. The bitterness level is low, and the final is short, dry and weak. Nothing special.
