For our third anniversary release and the second for today, we had the honor of brainstorming out a fun new lager with our good friend Todd from @goodwordbrewing. The mission was set the minute we laid eyes on BSI's Colorado Mountain Lager yeast strain...make an elevated Coors Light? We focused the malt bill all around the beautiful offerings from our friends @rabbit_hill_malthouse, little bit of spunding, and a little bit of horizontal tank conditioning time and we think we accomplished our goal.
