TASTING NOTES
Our newest batch of One Mo' is a crisp and refreshing Cold IPA that combines Pilsner malt, a touch of rice, and our house lager yeast to create a clean and light-bodied canvas for an abundance of premium Mosaic (T90 and Cryo), Citra, Nelson, and Nectaron hops to shine. At 6.0% ABV, One Mo’ has balanced bitterness lasting into a sublime tropical, citrus and peach/nectarine aftertaste with a hint of dankness.

330 ml can. Pale yellow, slightly hazy, with lace. Bright citrus hop nose, white grapes, clean malt. Prickly finish, slightly bready, nicely fruity. Clean cold fermentation, great hops.
