TASTING NOTES
Ridiculously hopped DDH West Coast DIPA, third in our small-batch pilot series, conceptualized by the team at HKBC! Premium US and NZ T-90 and Cryo hops with a healthy dose of innovative YCH 803 Citra, an essential hop oil extract, create an explosion of tropical, citrus, and mixed berry hop flavours and aromas. Light body, smooth mouthfeel, assertive bitterness, and a crisp, dry finish.

330 ml an. Bright gold color with a low head. Clear. Bright Citra nose, clean malt, bread, biscuit, honey. Silky, velvety body. Bright bitter finish. Nice.

Excellent, a tad hazt, super clean and fresh, mandarin peel, touch of NZ dank hop note, could be more bitter.
