This is a West Coast–leaning pilsner built for hoppy folks. At the high end for style, so packs a mini-punch, poking at something WC IPA-ish. Getting lots of bright orange peel and fresh citrus jumping out of the glass. Clean, crackery pilsner backbone and a firm, refreshing bitterness. Cool and crisp, dry as bone with a lingering citrus snap.

Draft at Paragon, 2/5/26. Unclear yellowish color, minimal head. Grapefruit, melon, peach, apricot. Bread, grass, pine. Clean, fairly dry. Tasty.

Draught at the brewpub , hazy yellow colour, lots of pomello with mellow onion behind, lightish sourness, light malty sweetness, medium mellow grapefruit peel bitterness. Nice, balanced and highly enjoyable.
