We start with the highest quality Harrington malted barley and blend in small amounts of specialty malts to give this golden ale a simple yet complex malt depth. During the boil, loads of citrusy American hops are added late in the kettle, giving an assertive hop profile that takes center stage.
Checking in at 6.7% ABV, this ale is not your typical ‘session’ beer.

Draft @ brewery. Light biscuity malt and floral/rose hops aroma. Clear brassy gold with a large white head. Floral/rose hops and light malty flavor. Light body, soft carbonation. I wasn’t expecting the floral note, so I came back to this beer again after eating, and still got the same floral note.
