No holds barred when it comes to this big beer. Our belgian tripel is influenced by one of the most famous beer cities of the world Buggenhout, Belgium. Quite fond of that place it is our goal to leave nothing on the table when it come to making Belgian Beer and our Tripel will confer. Jack the Tripel comes at you from all directions and swiftly leaves you in a state of euphoria. Be careful because this beer does not drink like an 8%. It finishes with sweet orange peel and seeds of paradise.

Bottle from trade with CLW--thanks, Chris! Clear copper-gold with light viscosity and sparkle, thin, fizzy, ephemeral head and no lacing. Aroma is Belgian yeast, apple esters, mild butterscotch. Taste resembles aroma. Smooth, thick texture, medium bodied, soft carbonation and crisp finish as taste, faintest of alcohol warming. Pretty but aroma and taste are not very assertive. Decent palate. Meh.

12 oz bottle. Aroma of Belgian yeast showing apple and bubblegum. Flavor follows with a little bit of black pepper and mild astringency in the finish. It is ok.
