Farthest Star Sake’s first flavored sake to be released in cans. This sake is made with Yamadanishiki and Titan rice grown by the Isbell family in Arkansas, soft water, and yeast from the central mountains of Japan. After fermentation, we added fresh yuzu juice and yuzu peel from Japan. This bright, citrusy sake is softly sparkling and refreshing. Sun Jammer makes any day feel like summer.

Can shared by Clark. cloudy lemonade pour. All yuzu too over powering. Very little sake qualities. Rice is minimal. Hint of florals and almond. Light sparkling cuts the sticky yuzu palate.
