This imperial gose is made with ginger from Okinawa Prefecture, karaki and shell ginger from Toguchi Farm in Nago City, and the second rum from the [eighthundred] project, "Party -TROPICAL RUM-," as well as its undiluted rum.
Ginger is added during the boiling process, and sea salt, karaki, and shell ginger are added during the whirlpooling process. Blending the rum in after fermentation brings out a complex, deep flavor.
The spicy and aromatic aromas of the ginger, karaki, and shell ginger harmonize with the salty base of the gose, resulting in a unique, tropical taste.

The [eighthundred] project was launched last year by Kiyosaku of Mongol 800, Akira Nakazato of OneSpirit, and Issei Teruya of Sammy's Bar KIWI. It is an initiative to create and deliver alcoholic beverages guided by Kiyosaku's music.
MAHOWBREW was delighted to be a part of this wonderful project.
This was our first attempt at incorporating the world of music into beer and blending rum into it, and it was a very exciting experience.
"Party –GINGER GOSE–" is a trinity of music, rum, and beer. We hope you enjoy it while listening to MONGOL800's song "PARTY."
