Built on a sturdy base of Pils, Munich, Vienna, Carafa #2, and Pale Chocolate. Hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and fermented low and slow with our house Lager yeast. Prepare yourself for impressions of smooth cocoa, toasted bread crust with subtle caramel hints. This beer is incredibly smooth, clean, and satisfying for this (or any) time of year.
