We will be releasing Tom Dionne's Homebrew winner to kick off our latest Homebrew competition! Malt bill of Rye, Munich, and Vienna then hopped delicately with Estate Grown Comet. Fermented clean with a beautiful French Dupont Saison Blend and then provided the finishing touch with locally foraged Juniper. Prepare your palate for a unique offering that finishes very dry, bitter forward, and rounded out with a lovely floral bouquet.
