Draft. Dark maroon color, tan head. Aroma of chocolate and burnt caramel. Taste is roasty creme brullee. Nice.

Draft @ Indy Winterfest. Sweet caramel malt and earthy peat aroma. Brown with a moderate beige head. Smoky peat, caramel malt with a light herbal hoppy bitter finish. Medium body, soft carbonation.

Draft: Dark brown with a small tan head. Dark fruit, chocolate aroma. Sweet, smooth, smoked malt flavor. A hint of pine. Excellent.

Tap. Cherry brandy and light smoke aroma. Opaque reddish brown color with small head. Smoky cherry malt flavor nicely blended with moderate pine hops finish - smokiness blends very nicely with hops. As a pipe smoker, this beer tastes like the best part of pipe smoke - excellent.
