A traditional English ale with the best of all British ingredients. Brewed with our house ale yeast. The deep copper hue and rich malty flavours showcase our pale and crystal malts. Robust bittering with Target hops and a lasting, slightly dry finish ensures balance.

Brewed for our estate of French pubs, available exclusively in the UK at Brewpoint.

Also available in Italy.

Hand pumped at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours loaded amber, transparent, with irregular white foam, soapy. Aroma is intensely biscuity, even spiced, with some cinnamon. Very enjoyable. Body is average, with light carbonation. Taste is medium sweet. Final is average.

Keg, 1/3 pint on a sample tray, shared with Finn at Brewpoint. A clear copper coloured body under a filmy layer leaving clingy lacing on the glass. Quite inviting aromas of leafy hops and biscuit. Dried fruity flavours alongside pale malts followed by leafy hops bitterness to the ending. Clean on the swallow. Pretty good. (Bedford 18.11.2021)

Delt med Rune. Gyldenbrun. Klar. Filmskum. Aroma av kjeks & frukt. Smaken det samme. Litt søt. Forsiktig lett bitter avslutning.
