75cl bottle at Spirito Agricolo, Rimini, Italy. For years of ageing. Pours loaded gold, with limited fine white foam, elegant. Aroma is intensely fruity, phenolic, floral. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is elegantly sour. Final is elegant and delicate.
