A collaboration with Italian brewery, Lieviteria, Cave`n`Castle is our homage to the foreign export stout. It delivers a rich backbone with eight different malts used, aromas and flavours of sticky toffee, acidic coffee and dark chocolate, then heavily hopped with Hallertau Tradition. Bitter and sweet notes are pleasantly balanced. Drinkers are tempted by a strong beer with a velvety-smooth mouthfeel that envelopes the senses, a rich creamy head and full, unctuous body.
