Our Bier de Mars or “Beer for March” has a reddish amber hue and is designed to be a clean refreshing beer for the spring. Earthy, citrus hops round out the sweet notes provided by Hunter’s Farm wildflower honey and a plentiful amount of rye malt contributes a mild spiciness.

Draft. Musty pepper and lemon malt aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with minimal head. Sweet tangy, yeasty lemon and mildly bitter grass flavor. Nice body. Very nice.

Draft at the source. Hazy amber color, bright off white head. Aroma of lightly toasted brown bread. Taste is bready, malty, with light spice. Good body.

Draft: Cloudy amber/dark orange with a creamy tan head. Slight barnyard yeast, apricot, rye aroma. Taste is sweet, mild funk, rye malt... Really nice......great softly spiced rye notes.
