This gose is a wonderful mix of sweet and tart that sort of simulates a pineapple upside down cake. A gentle, ube sweetness is present throughout and underlies the tart gose base and prominent pineapple flavor that straddles the line and provides both its own sweet notes and tartness to the beer.

Greenish black with a medium sized foamy white head. Tart, tangy and sweetish with a vague fruity presence. Medium finish and body.
