A traditional German hefeweizen brewed with 50% wheat an 50% barley, with the addition of fresh gooseberries. The cloudiness and typical banana and clove flavors derived from the specialized yeast are still present.

Draft: Hazy yellow with a white head. Scent is light fruit, grain malt. Wheat malt and lemon flavour. Not a lot of berry presents itself, however... just OK.

Draft. Light berry and wheat malt aroma. Hazy pale yellow with small head. Sweet light gooseberry and creamy wheat malt flavor. Not bad but straight forward.

Draft at the source. Hazy pale yellow color, white head. Aroma of fruity hay. Taste is tart berries. Nice. Not sure I’d recognize a gooseberry if I saw one.
