Just as the name states, this Pilsner is brewed to withstand the myriad of beer consumers. Respected by beer geeks, and loved by ‘light’ beer drinkers, this lager caters to all pallets. Patience must be exercised during this delicate brewing process which takes over double the time as a typical ale. Only the finest Noble hops are used to balance the slightly grainy malt profile. Lager yeast creates a crisp, dry finish that leaves your pallet refreshed and wanting more.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear pale straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has straw and hay with a touch of grass and a hint of light dankness. Flavor starts with hay and has a slight dank grass and finishes with straw.

Draft. Straw yellow body with a frothy white head. Aroma of toasted grain, straw, herbal. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. Crisp. Hint of raw grain in the finish, but otherwise clean, dry.

Draft at HopCat. Clear pale yellow color, fluffy white head, solid lacing. Aroma of white pepper. Taste is peppery straw.

Draft. Barley malt and hay aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Sweet creamy barley malt and mildly bitter herbal hay flavor. Very nice.

Draft @ Indy Microbrewer’s Fest. Creamy barley malt and light grassy aroma. Slightly hazed brassy gold with a moderate white head. Creamy barley malt and earthy/grassy hops flavor. Creamy medium body, soft to moderate carbonation.
