Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a semi-pale burnt yellow to orange color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a moderate pace. Stringy lace.
The aroma had some sweet wheat, light coriander, some Belgian yeasty/breadiness. Ends with some grassy sweet hops.
The flavor leaned towards the sweet side and developed into the spice, somewhat and pretty low key. Subsides fairly nice as a combination in the aftertaste and finish.
The feel was about light bodied with a pretty good sessionability about it. Low key carbonation with good ABV felt fairly nice.
Overall, as a witbier it works. I’d have again preferably in late Spring or Summer.
