A stout with an oatmeal twist to give an unusual creaminess. A touch of sweetness combined with the coffee-like roasted barley flavors reminf many people of a coffee-and-cream. Our version adds a small, but definitely present, hop character making it a bit unusual (and tasty!) for beers of this style. IBU: 30.8 SRM 31.3

Draft at the source. Black color, tan head. Aroma of roasty coffee and dark cocoa. Taste is full bodied coffee grounds and bittersweet chocolate. Tasty.

sampled at Mad Anthony’s Oktobeerfest - Pours near black with a lingering tan head. It has a roasted malt aroma with coffee notes. It’s medium bodied with a good roasted coffee and malt flavor. Solid stout.

Draft @ Brewhaven. Sweet chocolate and coffee malt aroma. Dark brown with a small tan head. Sweet chocolate, coffee, light acidic flavor with a roasty and fruity hops finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation.

Draft: Black with a light brown head. Aroma is cola, coffee. Flavour is chocolate, oat, cream... Sweet.. Delicious.
