Draft: Pours hazy, light yellow with a tall, off-white head. Honey-lemon aroma. Slightly on the sour side....barley malt....lemon Citrusy, light. Slight grassy bitter. Pretty nice.

Growler. Grainy malt and light grassy aroma. Hazy gold with a moderate gold head. Sweet grainy malt and light grassy hops. Medium body, light carbonation.

Draft. Honey barley malt aroma. Pale yellow with small head. Honey barley malt flavor with lightly bitter herbal finish. Medium body. Light but nice.

Sampled on draft at the brewery. Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a large creamy head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of grainy malts and nutty notes. The taste is citrus and grainy malts. High carbonation. Crisp. Thin-medium bodied.

tap at the brewery - Listed as Special "K" Kolsch, 5.8% abv, 14 IBUs. Pours clear yellow and has a light, fruity aroma. The flavor is of sweet bready malt with some mild bitterness. It’s light bodied and decent for the style.
