Draft. Hazy amber body with a short, off-white head. Light aroma of dusty grain, caramel, floral hops, nuts. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. Light taste of biscuit and caramel. Grainy malts.

Draft: Copper, with a creamy, off-white head. Caramel, nutty aroma. Taste is nutty, earthy....a little herbal hopping. Pretty decent.

Draft. Nutty toffee malt and hay aroma. Amber with small head. Sweet nutty toffee malt and moderately bitter weedy herbal flavor. Okay - a bit harsh.

Draft at the source. Clear deep golden color, thick cream colored head with good retention. Aroma of freshly baked biscuits. Taste is peppery brown bread. Tasty.

Draft @ brewery. Roasty fruity caramel malt aroma. LIght amber with a moderate off-white head. Fruity roasty malt and soapy herbal hops flavor. Body on the light side of medium, soft carbonation.
