Draft. Hazy amber body with a short, off-white head. Light aroma of dusty grain, caramel, floral hops, nuts. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. Light taste of biscuit and caramel. Grainy malts.

Draft: Copper, with a creamy, off-white head. Caramel, nutty aroma. Taste is nutty, earthy....a little herbal hopping. Pretty decent.

Draft at the source. Clear deep golden color, thick cream colored head with good retention. Aroma of freshly baked biscuits. Taste is peppery brown bread. Tasty.
