Inspired by the Southern love of peach iced tea. A blend of Brett and sour stock barrels with 440 pounds of peaches with lemon, ginger, and imported black tea from Dobra Tea House to create a flavor reminiscent of warm days gone and yet to come.

Draft: Cloudy, yellow-amber with a small head. Aroma is initially unpleasant.....spoiled tea funk....but it does improve after a little breathing. Taste is soft and mild, tea, lemon/peach....very light and soft. Tastes much better than it smells.

Bottle at the Funkatorium. The beer pours a bright amber-orange color with a medium foamy white head that recedes steadily to a frothy outer ring. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of brett yeast, tart fruit and ginger. Medium body with flavors of lemony citrus, funky yeast, spice and malt. The finish is moderately sour with a citrus and peach aftertaste. Pretty good beer all around.

Bottle at Indy Sour Fest ’15. Weedy quinine and lemon malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow with small head. Lightly sour weedy grass, lemon malt, and mildly bitter quinine flavor. Good body. Straight forward sour.

Bottle sample at Upland sour fest. Clear golden color, off white head. Aroma of feet and belly button, in a good way. Taste is softly sour and earthy fruit. Nice.
