Carson’s view of what an oud bruin is if it came from Evansville, IN. Our Oud Bovine is our regularly produced Brown Cow, but was put out to pasture in whiskey barrels that were previously used to age stout. These barrels originated from the rolling bluegrass prairies of Kentucky. This cow while being old can kick and bite.

Draft at Tomlinson. Dark brown color, thick beige head. Aroma of cocoa with acetic notes. Taste is tart raw brownie dough. A bit too tart for my taste.
