Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 10 | Overall - 7.5

Draft: Clear, light yellow with a minimal white head. Wheat, salt, lemon aroma. Taste is mildly salty, wood smoke, wheat malt, sawdust. A nice example of a Gratzer. Excellent.

Draft at Thr3e Wise Men. Clear pale yellow color. Nice aroma of charred lemon and straw. Taste is burning hay. Delicious. My 100th gose/grodziskie/lichtenhainer.

Draft. Smoky wheat malt and hay aroma. Hazy pale yellow with moderate head. Sweet smoky wheat malt flavor with light citrus notes. Light body. Excellent .
