Brewed at Norbæk Gaardbryggeri using the age-old method of spontaneous fermentation, this distinctive beer captures the untamed character of wild yeast. Infused with carefully selected aronia berries, it offers a vivid interplay of deep, dark fruit notes, gentle tannins, and a bright, cleansing acidity. The result is a complex yet refreshing expression of craftsmanship — a refined fruit beer for the adventurous palate

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear pinkish with a small, white head. Super tart aroma with both acetic acid and wild yeast. Medium body, super dry with paint thinner notes. The berries contribute mainly to the color. Flavor wise they are pretty much buried in this acid bath. Not quite as complex as some of Norbæk's other offerings. 170526
