Bottled, bought at the brewery. Clear golden blond color. Snow white, rocky head with good retention. Aroma’s: Fruit, some grain/malt, hints of sweetness & grass. Flavor is lightly malty sweet with a hint of fruity acidity. Rather much carbonation. Light bitterness in the finish. Very clean tasting.

Bottle: Golden, small lacy white head, papery-grainy nose with some grassy hops; soft MF, light to medium bodied, light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour; increasing bitterness in the chalky and pale-malty finish. Not that great.....

(bottle, purchased at the K-S-Markt close to the brewery) Clear, golden colour with a blond and thick foamy head. Slightly sweet and doughy pale malty aroma with herbal hops and a touch of barnyard/sweat. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp and dry mouthfeel. Slightly chalky and strawy malt-character with herbal accents; dry and bitter-sweet finish. A beer that reminds me stylewise of a dry and simple Pinot Blanc from Alsace. 06.V.10
