Draft. A hazy golden beer with no head. The aroma has notes of vinegar, brettanomyces, and lemons. The flavor is acidic with notes of lemons, brettanomyces, and wheat, leading to a tart finish.

Orange clean looking, oooh smells like a tart peach cobbler. has a little Fou Foune aroma to it but tastes nothing like it. finishes very buttery with acid up front. little peach in the middle. very dry

Flavor is fairly sour, wheaty, salt, wood, tart fruit, blackberry. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, fruity light sour finish. Refreshing. 011216

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a cloudy purple pink with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is berry, funk, wheat, salt. Medium mouth, berry, salt, wheat, dough, light tartness, good.
