Cask aged cider blended with bourbon barrel aged rustic peach wine. A farmhouse spring delight melding candied peach aromatics with tart peach skin flavors and a touch of vanilla.

5oz pour at Rustico Ballston pours a mostly clear gold with some fast fading, white head. Nose is interesting, tart apples, some clear vanilla bean, more unripened nectarine than peach to me, some mild buttery oak. Flavor follows right along, the vanilla disappears a bit, sadly the buttery chardonnay notes increase, some peach, some nectarine, apples obviously. Oily finish. Less nuanced than some of their other offerings.

Bottle sample at the source. Cloudy golden yellow color. Nice aroma of vanilla, peach, smoke. Taste has fruit and brandy, dry finish. Very nice.

4 oz pour on draft at B Side. Hazy yellow. Aromas of funky notes, apples, peaches, tart acidic notes. Tastes of apples, peaches, tart acidic notes, subtle funk, lemon lime. Didn’t get any bourbon from the barrel aged peach wine. Light body with a dry and tart finish. Delicious cider.

750ml bottle, batch 001. Poured a light, clear yellow with a light hazy pink hue to it. Aroma is nice peach notes, light sweet juicy notes, apple. Flavor was nice peach, semi-sweet apple crispness comes through. Very enjoyable.
