Bottle sample at the source. Slightly variegated golden yellow color. Aroma of floral almonds! Taste starts sweet, then herbal, floral, then dry and nutty. Delicious.

Bottle sample at Millstone. Hazy yellow. Aromas and tastes of apples, honey, syrup, nutty almondy notes. Light body with a dry finish.

750ml bottle at the cidery. Poured a clear, golden orange color with a no real noticable head to speak of. Aroma was light sweet honey notes, some ginger, spices, light aromas of bark. Flavor was light hot ginger notes, with some spicy notes. Alcohol is there, but it isn’t too overpowering.
