Damian California Ranger is our new core range American Pale Ale inspired by the first examples of beers brewed in this style. For our California Ranger we used large amounts of Cascade hops in the boils as well as for dry hopping. This resulted in bold grapefruit, pine, floral and spicy notes.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 6.5 | Flavor - 6.5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Med-thin body. Feels a bit watery, but there is light astringency present. Med-light carbo. Med-high bitter, light sweet, well attenuated. A bit simple hops, medium grassy, citrusy, feeling a bit old though. Goodish.
