Our new beer is a West Coast Double IPA with lowest possible alcohol content for a DIPA according to BJCP guidelines. We used Cryo Simcoe, Ekuanot and Cryo Citra hops.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 6.5 | Flavor - 6.5 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 6.5
Med-light body, med-light carbo. Med-high bitter, resinous. Light sweet, caramelly. Medium citrusy, resiny hops character. A bit boring, lacking more aromatics. Still goodish though.
